Two law enforcement officials have resigned after they had been accused of taking prohibited substances.
Inspector Mark Andrews and PC Bobby Newton stood down from their Sussex Police roles after they had been arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug.[sociallocker]

Each answered bail this month and police have confirmed they’ve tendered their resignations.
